Information for Magio Television customers on the fixed network and Magio Television via satellite:

If you are already a Magio Television customer, you do not pay for the additional service Magio GO TV. Furthermore, through the application, you can also set recordings to your Magio Box outside your home or directly use the paid Magio Cinema service in the Magio TV app.

Ordering and activation:

To use the application, order the Magio TV service online or the additional Magio GO TV service for your Magio Television on the fixed network or via satellite on the website telekom.sk/televizia/magio-televizia, by phone at 0800 123 456, or at a Telekom center. After ordering, you will receive your login details promptly via SMS or email, log in to the Magio TV app and start enjoying the service fully.

Availability and compatibility:

The application is available for mobile phones and tablets with operating system version 7 or higher and for televisions with Android TV operating system version 7 or higher. Due to content protection (DRM), the Magio TV application does not function correctly on rooted devices - playback of Magio TV will not start on these devices.
